DON’T USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! I was getting my car washed there yesterday at 7 PM. The guys scratched the tint on the driver's side window. When I went to find out what was going on, the young woman at the window sent me to Alejandro—she said he was the manager. Alejandro couldn't tell me anything other than the fact that they use clean rags, and he referred me to another manager who wasn't there. When I went back to Alejandro and tried to explain the problem again, he simply walked away and said it wasn't his problem. To the management: please teach your employees to take responsibility for their actions rather than evading it. I have a lifetime warranty on the window tint replacement, and replacing it is not a major issue—but your attitude is unacceptable. Although, looking at your reviews, I realize that nothing will change. A fish rots from the head down…

Avoid this place! Their automated wash track severely gouged my factory rim (see image.png). When I politely showed the damage to the manager, he refused to take accountability, got extremely hostile, and kicked me out. On top of that, the car wash quality was terrible—the car is still dirty. Unprofessional staff and unsafe equipment. Save your money and protect your vehicle by going somewhere else.

Horrible experience and dynamic text-book definition of terrible customer service. I brought my car here for a wash, and their equipment's guide rail severely scratched and damaged my original factory rim (see attached photo). When I politely brought this to the manager's/staff's attention to file a routine damage report, he completely denied any responsibility, became incredibly defensive, and literally kicked me off the property. To make matters worse, the car wasn't even cleaned properly; there was still dirt left all over it. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero accountability. If you care about your vehicle and don't want your rims ruined by their machines or to be insulted by the staff, stay far away from this place. I will be taking this matter further with corporate and consumer protection agencies.

After it snowed, my car got insanely dirty. I thought it would take a long time, but they finished in about five minutes—definitely under ten—and it came out super clean! They work really fast, cleaned the carpets thoroughly, and even wiped the inside windows. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

I always used to come here because it was the best car wash compared to others. It makes no difference whether you choose the $17 service or the $22 one (total $27). They apply tire shine to dry tires, at least in my last two visits, and you can’t even tell if they put it on or not. They have many cars to wash, and even the drying was terrible — inside was a nightmare. What could I do — today was my last time at this car wash. If you go, you need to watch their hands, otherwise they do a horrible job. Of course, I wouldn’t normally write a review, but I’m just really angry. I’ll also attach some pictures.
